Limitless Security is pleased to announce that it has extended its ongoing relationship with Bellway Homes after being awarded a contract to install 10 VIDAR detectors at Liberty, the company’s latest development located 3 miles from Nottingham. Bellway took the decision to deploy Limitless Security’s fixed price fully managed service at this new location as a direct result of successful installations in other parts of the country.
The Liberty development comprises a collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes with idyllic parkland surrounds and good transport links to the city centre. Nearby attractions include Wollaton Park, which is home to a golf course, deer park and natural history museum.
Limitless Security has installed VIDAR detectors at key locations across the site. This standalone wire-free detector detects intruders and captures images for visual verification around the clock. Being battery operated, it provides unparalleled flexibility in terms of deployment as it does not need to be connected to an external power supply, control panel, telephone line or internet service.
VIDAR is a core component of Limitless Security’s fully managed security solution which includes detection, monitoring and response using a SIA-licensed security guarding service. It covers everything from risk assessment, the supply, installation and management of all equipment. Also provided are site security signage, documentation of any events for evidential purposes and the provision of information to responding agencies.
